Sex is an important part to your relationship. Statistics show that couples with a healthy sex life report to be happier in life and demonstrate satisfaction in their overall relationship. So how can sex be beneficial to your health?

1. Sex is exercise. We all know that exercise is beneficial to your health. The aerobic activity
of an active sex life will give you an enjoyable work out that is good for your muscles and heart.    


2. Sex relieves stress. If you've got a lot going on in your life and stress is overwhelming you, 
make time to enjoy sex with your partner, this will keep your stress levels low.   

3. Sex will boost your mood. Your body releases endorphins when we are aroused, thus the act of
sex will help put you in a good mood.   

4. Sex reduces risk of illness. For men ejaculating will help reduce the risk for prostate cancer.
For women the act of sex helps keep your pelvic muscles in shape which will lessen the chance

of bladder problems and help heal well after giving birth.  

5. Sex builds confidence. Having a great sex life will give you a huge confidence boost. Sexual
confidence will lead to more pleasurable sex. Your confidence can build in your everyday life. It
has been proven that more confident people are more successful in their lives.    


Enjoy your sex life and allow it to benefit your health. Always be sure to practice a safe sex life to
avoid causing sexual and health problems. You and your partner should involve sex into your weekly 
routine consistently to bring you good health and a healthy relationship.
